The Aftermarket CFS team carries out service maintenance and retrofit projects on Security Systems used for comfort and energy efficiency across multiple industries including commercial retail and hospitality.\nAs a Technician Associate you will support commissioning replace controllers and be responsible for onsite system verification PPM activities testing and commissioning of additional doors/cameras upgrades service reports of Security Management Systems (SMS) and manage the overall team of Technician Associates and subcontractors on a roster-based 24/7 duty shift plan.\nAs a member of this team you will work within a dynamic environment that provides a platform for you to develop your technical and project management skills.How you will do it\nAs a Technician Associate you must have a good knowledge of the latest security system products and electronics/networking knowledge. You are hands-on programming controllers installing and commissioning various Access Control System & CCTV System Platforms Visitor Management Systems Speed gates Car Park barriers Road Blockers Bollards ANPR and setting up and testing third-party software integrations. You will demonstrate your expertise by conducting system operation training and creating handover documents to ensure a smooth transfer to customers while always maintaining a high standard of safety.What we look for\nRequired in Electrical/Electronic or equivalent.\nMinimum 5 years experience with installation testing commissioning and servicing of various brands of CCTV systems (Avigilon HIK Pelco American Dynamics & Milestone) Thermal Camera & CCTV Storage systems.\nCoordinate with the clients IT team to understand their IT & network requirements and implement the same.\nProven knowledge and experience in preparing ADMCC submittals and requirements.\nProven technical knowledge and experience of working on Access Control systems (P2000 & C-CURE CEM ACS Applications).\nProven technical knowledge and experience of working on intrusion detection and ANPR systems.\nProven technical knowledge and experience of working on Road Blockers Bollards Gate Barriers & Fire Systems.\nProven technical knowledge and experience of working on hardware-level integration with lifts thermal cameras and perimeter detection systems.\nOrganize and effectively utilize technical resources information material and support to ensure efficient execution of all assigned tasks and coordination with third-party service providers and vendors.\nProvide solutions to others on very complex system problems by either troubleshooting or advising how to resolve problems.\nMust adhere to company safety policies and procedures to ensure all duties are performed in a safe and professional manner.\nAct as an escalation point for technical issues and provide coaching mentoring and technical assistance to team members and clients.\nServe as the focal point for clients sales and manufacturers to achieve the required solutions to fulfill client requirements.\nTechnical knowledge in working with UPS systems.\nSupport the team in all aspects through technical expertise on systems networks and security products & applications.\nKnowledge in the preparation of incident reports and root cause analysis reports.\nThe candidate should be fluent in English both speaking and
