This might just be THE impactful role you have been looking for!\nAbout the Role\nAs a Software QA Engineer, you will be responsible for validating the quality, reliability, and usability of Enterprise Manager, Exacq, and related ACVS solutions. You will work closely with developers, product management, and fellow QA engineers to ensure high-quality software releases.\nThis role requires a well-rounded QA engineer who can contribute across manual testing, automation, API testing, integration testing, and system validation. The ideal candidate is curious, eager to learn, takes ownership of assigned features, and is comfortable working in both manual and automated testing environments.\nWhat You Will Do\nExecute functional, regression, integration, exploratory, and end -to-end testing.\nDevelop and maintain automated test cases for web, API, desktop, and mobile applications.\nParticipate in test planning, test execution, defect tracking, and release validation.\nPerform root cause analysis and assist developers in troubleshooting issues.\nValidate cloud services, server applications, APIs, and integrated security solutions.\nTest integrations between video management systems, access control systems, and third- party platforms.\nUse AI-assisted engineering tools to improve productivity, test coverage, and automation\nefficiency.\nContribute to continuous improvements in QA processes and automation coverage.\nTake ownership of assigned features and ensure quality throughout the development lifecycle.\nResponsibilities\nCreate and execute test cases and test scenarios.\nAutomate repetitive test cases using Python, Robot Framework, Playwright, Selenium, or equivalent tools.\nPerform API testing using Postman, Swagger, REST APIs, or similar tools.\nValidate logs, databases, and system behavior during issue investigation.\nParticipate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, refinement, and retrospectives.\nSupport both manual and automation testing activities based on project needs.\nCollaborate effectively with development, QA, support, and product teams.\nUtilize GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Atlassian Rovo, or similar AI tools to accelerate testing and analysis activities.\nWhat we look for Required Qualifications:\n3+ years of experience in Software QA, Test Automation, or Software Testing.\nExperience performing manual and automation testing.\nExperience testing web applications, APIs, and client-server applications.\nKnowledge of automation tools such as Robot Framework, Selenium, Playwright, Appium, or similar technologies.\nUnderstanding of software testing concepts, SDLC, STLC, and defect lifecycle.\nExperience using Jira, Zephyr, TestRail, or similar test management tools.\nBasic knowledge of Linux, Windows, and networking fundamentals.\nExperience working within Agile/Scrum teams.\nFamiliarity with Git and CI/CD concepts.\nGood troubleshooting and analytical skills.\nStrong communication and collaboration skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with Exacq, Cloudvue, Enterprise Manager, VideoEdge, CCure, Kantech, or similar security platforms.\nExperience with Access Control, Video Surveillance, Enterprise Monitoring, or Physical Security products.\nExperience with REST APIs and microservices.\nKnowledge of SQL and database validation.\nExperience testing Android and iOS applications.\nFamiliarity with Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, Redis, or cloud-native applications.\nExperience using GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or other AI-assisted engineering tools.\nUnderstanding of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, ports, protocols, and Wireshark.\nExposure to performance, scalability, and reliability testing.\nDesired Characteristics\nStrong ownership and accountability.\nWillingness to work on both manual and automation testing.\nAbility to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.\nSelf-motivated and proactive
