you will do:\nExecute daily Import and Export operations for the assigned plant with a focus on Customs Compliance\nHow you will do it:\nControl the arrival of materials to the warehouse of the Customs Agent abroad \nValidation of commercial documents \nReconciliation of arrived components vs. documents \nPreparation of customs documents \nProvide technical information obtained from other departments for the correct tariff classification of goods and/or request special import permits \nPoint of contact between the Customs Agent and the service plant \nFollow-up of the customs clearance process, from loading, crossing, and arrival \nValidation of import and export declarations, as well as their reconciliation and upload into the Annex 24 system \nManagement of the customs system (Annex 24) \nKPIs with Customs Agents \nReview of Expense Accounts \nWhat we look for:\nRequired\nBachelor's degree. \nMinimum of 2 years related experience. \nExcellent communication and organizational skills. \nSense of urgency. \nMulti-task \nProblem-solving skills. \nEnglish 80% \nProactive \nPreferred:\nComputer skills in MS Office applications. \nSAP \nVastera \nKnowledge of R8
