This role works closely with Manufacturing Engineering, Operations, Safety, Quality, and Human Resources to support new hire orientation, training records, skills matrices, employee transfers, and ongoing process improvement.\nWhat will you do?\nSupport the development and delivery of training programs and certification programs for operations, safety, quality, and related teams.\nConduct and coordinate classroom training and on-the-job training for production employees.\nMaintain training systems documentation, training records, skills matrices, and training plans.\nWork with Manufacturing Engineering to develop training materials such as operator instructions, work instructions, training manuals, and training videos.\nSupport new hire orientation covering safety, quality, and production processes.\nCreate and maintain processes for employee transfers between jobs, departments, and shifts.\nCoordinate process audits to measure training effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.\nSupport quality initiatives, process changes, and process controls related to training.\nAssist with interview criteria from a training perspective and help develop training plans with operations management.\nParticipate in process improvement activities that strengthen training systems and support sustainable performance.\nHow will you do it?\nOwn the outcomeby keeping training documentation accurate, following safety and quality expectations, and addressing gaps before they become issues on the floor.\nStay close to the workby partnering with operators, supervisors, engineers, and support teams to make training practical, clear, and job-ready.\nImprove every dayby using audits, feedback, and problem-solving to refine training plans, update materials, and strengthen standard work.\nWin as one teamby coaching with patience, communicating clearly, and supporting smooth onboarding, transfers, and cross-functional coordination.\nWhat are we looking for?\nBachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field.\nStrong communication skills, both verbally and in writing.\nAbility to read blueprints and technical diagrams.\nCommitment to continuous technical learning and personal development.\nNice to Have\nFamiliarity with Microsoft programs.\nExperience supporting training records, skills matrices, or training plans in a
