This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in the manufacturing industry. You will work under the guidance of experienced professionals while developing essential skills in tubing installation and electrical systems.\nEssential Job Functions\nBend, form, and install all tubing on units.\nPerform tubing layout of units according to blueprints in shop packets.\nIdentify and install valves and/or devices on units.\nSome knowledge of electrical systems required.\nMarginal Functions\nPerform housekeeping and other duties as required.\nPhysical/Mental Requirements\nLifting 50 lbs. (occasionally), standing (constantly), walking (frequently), bending (frequently), climbing (frequently), crawling (occasionally), reaching (frequently), grasping (frequently), sitting (occasionally), connecting (frequently), pulling (frequently), reading prints (frequently), and exercising judgment (frequently).\nMust understand and follow safety rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.\nAbility to follow written and oral instructions.\nVision corrected to 20/20.\nHandling equipment (frequently).\nEnvironmental Factors\nManufacturing environment - Exposure to noise, dirt, dust, cold/heat (indoor), and cold/heat (outdoor). Job hazards of working around heavy equipment and machinery.\nTools and Equipment Used\nTape measure, small hand tools, power tools, and drills.\nQualifications\nPossess a complete understanding of Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID) on electrical drawings as applicable.\nAbility to use hand tools, electrical equipment, and measuring tape.\nCapability to maintain a clean and safe work area and/or equipment as required.\nActive participation in a Continuous Improvement Team is a condition of employment.\nThe above description covers the most significant duties performed but does not exclude other occasional work assignments necessitated by business reasons which may affect production/operations to some degree.\n HIRING HOURLY RANGE: $17.00 (Hourly rate to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, location and alignment with market data.)
