In this role, you will help keep materials moving safely and efficiently while maintaining accurate inventory records and supporting a well-organized warehouse environment.\nRole Overview\nThis position is responsible for supporting receiving, storage, distribution, and inventory control activities within the warehouse. The role combines hands-on material handling with documentation and system updates, including SAP-based inventory management, to help ensure accuracy, order, and timely support for internal operations.\nKey Responsibilities\nAssist in receiving and inspecting materials to verify accuracy, condition, and quality.\nMaintain accurate records of inventory and material movements using SAP and other inventory management tools.\nCoordinate the transfer of materials within the warehouse to support space utilization and operational efficiency.\nPrepare shipping and receiving documentation and maintain orderly warehouse records.\nSupport picking, packing, distribution, and goods receipt activities as needed.\nPerform inventory counts, cycle counts, and audits as directed by management.\nKeep the warehouse clean, orderly, and compliant with safety protocols and guidelines.\nSupport training and development of junior staff when required.\nCarry out additional warehouse-related duties assigned by supervisors.\nHow You Will Do It\nOwn the accuracy and safety of your work by checking materials carefully, handling stock responsibly, and following warehouse procedures every day.\nStay close to the work and keep material flow moving by responding quickly to receiving, storage, picking, packing, and transfer needs.\nImprove every day through discipline and problem-solving by updating records promptly, flagging discrepancies early, and supporting counts and audits with candor.\nWin as one team by communicating clearly with supervisors and colleagues, sharing useful information, and supporting others when needed.\nQualifications\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\nKnowledge of material handling and shipping procedures.\nAbility to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment.\nProficiency using computer systems for inventory management, preferably SAP.\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.\nStrong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.\nNice to Have\nPrevious warehouse experience.\nWhy Join Us\nThis is an opportunity to build practical warehouse and inventory skills in a role that values accuracy, safety, and teamwork.
