You will connect the physical movement of fire and security products with our inventory systems, helping ensure that customers and internal teams receive the correct products and information at the right time.\nWhat will you do\nMaintain accurate inventory records in ERP/WMS systems.\nProcess inbound, outbound, and stock-transfer transactions.\nPrepare delivery notes and shipping documentation.\nMonitor stock movements and resolve inventory discrepancies.\nTrack shipments and follow-up on pending deliveries.\nCoordinate with suppliers, transporters, customers, and internal teams.\nSupport stock counts, audits, and warehouse reporting.\nMaintain organized records and respond to inventory queries.\nSupport daily warehouse operations and safety compliance.\nWhat We Look For\nRequired\nPractical experience in warehouse administration, inventory control, or logistics.\nExperience using an ERP or warehouse management system.\nUnderstanding of inbound, outbound, inventory, and delivery processes.\nWorking knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.\nStrong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.\nAbility to coordinate effectively with different teams and external partners.\nPreferred\nA diploma or qualification in logistics, supply chain, business administration, or a related field.\nExperience preparing delivery or shipping documentation.\nKnowledge of fire, security, or oil and gas products.\nExperience working with customers, forwarders, or transport providers.\nCandidates with less experience may also be considered if they demonstrate good knowledge of warehouse processes, inventory transactions, and documentation.\nWhat You Will Learn\nYou will receive training on our ERP/WMS processes, warehouse procedures, and fire and security product portfolio.
