This is a hands-on role with both physical and administrative responsibilities.\nWhat will you do?\nCoordinate day-to-day warehouse activities with the warehouse supervisor.\nReceive shipments, process goods receipt, and verify materials against documentation.\nSupport picking, packing, and the distribution of goods and materials.\nRecord incoming and outgoing goods accurately and maintain warehouse documentation.\nCarry out daily housekeeping and basic warehouse maintenance to keep the area clean and orderly.\nPerform periodic inventory cycle counts and update stock levels.\nPrepare and maintain systematic filing, records, and supporting documentation.\nCommunicate by email with buyers, customer service, and forwarders when needed.\nSupport ad-hoc tasks and projects assigned by the supervisor.\nHow will you do it?\nYou will take ownership of your work with accountability, safety, and integrity, making sure goods and records are handled correctly.\nYou will stay close to the daily work, focus on the most important tasks, and help remove small obstacles before they become delays.\nYou will look for practical improvements in warehouse routines, use clear communication, and approach issues with candor and problem-solving.\nYou will work as one team with your supervisor, buyers, customer service, and forwarders to keep materials moving smoothly.\nYou will keep the warehouse organized, traceable, and ready for safe operations by following established processes consistently.\nWhat are we looking for?\nAccurate and detail-oriented approach to daily work.\nEnjoy working in a warehouse environment and handling hands-on tasks.\nAbility to carry loads up to 70lbs.\nComfortable with driving a Forklift. \nForklift, reach truck, or stacker driving skills.\nComfortable maintaining documentation and updating records carefully.\nBasic communication skills for working with internal teams and external contacts.\nNice to Have\nPrevious experience in a warehouse, logistics, or inventory-related role.\nComputer experience \nFamiliarity with goods receipt, picking, packing, and cycle counting processes.\nWillingness to learn new things and contribute as a team player.\nWhat do we offer?\nComprehensive benefits package. \nOpportunities for professional growth and development. \nSupportive and inclusive work environment. \nCommitment to work-life balance and employee well-being. \nEngagement in meaningful projects that make a difference. \nWhy Join Us\nJoin a team that supports customer performance, safety, and sustainability through practical, hands-on work.
