We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor.\nWhat will you do:\nEnsure requested materials are available and complete.\nSupervise picking and packing processes.\nMonitor timing and accuracy in order fulfillment.\nCheck inventory levels and report shortages or excesses.\nIdentify system discrepancies and suggest corrections.\nOversee material reception and proper storage.\nControl outbound flows to production.\nAssign tasks to warehouse or picking staff.\nTrain the team on procedures, safety, and system usage.\nEvaluate performance and motivate the team to achieve goals.\nPropose efficiency improvements in picking operations.\nIdentify bottlenecks or recurring errors.\nCollaborate with other departments (purchasing, logistics, production).\nGenerate reports on picking performance, errors, and productivity.\nDocument incidents and corrective actions.\nMaintain accurate records in the system.\nAttend staff meetings.\nMonitor idle times.\nPerform root cause analysis.\nHow will you do it:\nWorking with JCMS operating system tools.\nDevelop and implement effective material management strategies to optimize inventory levels and minimize costs.\nSupervise material planning and scheduling aligned with production requirements and operational goals.\nMonitor and analyze inventory levels, conducting regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal policies.\nLead and train material management staff to improve their skills and overall team performance.\nImplement best practices in material handling and storage to ensure operational efficiency and safety.\nWhat are we looking for:\nRequirements:\nCompleted professional degree.\nMinimum 3 years of relevant experience in material management or inventory control.\nSAP proficiency;
