manufacturing projects across the factory.\nHow You Will Do It\nAnalyze process performance and identify opportunities to improve quality, productivity, and cost efficiency.\nApply structured problem-solving methodologies such as 8D, Root Cause Analysis, and Kaizen.\nDevelop and maintain process documentation, PFMEA, Control Plans, and process control strategies.\nDeliver process training and technical support to operators and technicians.\nSupport the evaluation, installation, and commissioning of new manufacturing equipment.\nEnsure compliance with EHS and quality standards throughout all process improvement activities.\nWhat We Look For\nBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgical & Materials Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.\nMinimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, welding, brazing, or joining processes.\nHands-on experience with brazing process development, validation, and production support.\nKnowledge of PFMEA, SPC, MSA, and Control Plan methodologies.\nExperience with structured problem-solving tools and continuous improvement practices.\nStrong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.\nGood command of
