Come work where you play-and help us inspire healthier, happier lives for everyone!\nJob Description\nThe following Leadership Competencies apply to supervisors, managers, and executives based on designated responsibilities.\nPeople Management - Clearly defines subordinate roles and responsibilities; motivates employees to perform and delegates work effectively; applies consistent performance standards and handles performance problems decisively and objectively; leads by example.\nOperations Management - Directs and guides operations in alignment with the County’s and department’s overall goals and objectives; ensures the execution of efficient processes to maximize the County’s and department’s resources; utilizes operational knowledge to make sound decisions.\nStrategic Leadership - Determines the strategic direction of the team or department in alignment with overall county goals; effectively communicates strategies internally and externally; creates a culture to support strategies and provides mechanisms to implement them; fosters buy-in and enthusiasm with employees.\nEssential Duties:\nPrepare, Sell, and distribute food to Patrons.\nProvide Exceptional Customer Service\nSet-up and clean Concessions and surrounding areas\nProvide Training to new employees.\nBe able to work alone in a Concession as needed\nSupervise 1-3 other people.\nSupervisor on Duty-in charge of site operations.\nOversees operation of concessions area in a hands-on manner assisting with running, register, and kitchen.\nEnsures all tasks are completed at end of shift.\nDemonstrated aptitude at problem solving, holding staff accountable, ensuring compliance of proper food handling, and ensuring compliance of money handling procedures.\nAll service roles must communicate clearly with fellow team members and supervisors during each shift to ensure customers receive prompt and exceptional customer service. \nPractice proper food safety.\nEnsure compliance of laws governing alcohol sales. \n\nSupervisory Responsibilities:\nNo\nThis position is also responsible for the supervision and leadership of employees, which includes making employment-related decisions and/or recommendations, and formally evaluating performance.\nDuties and responsibilities, as required by business necessity may be added, deleted or changed at any time at the discretion of management, formally or informally, either verbally or in writing. Scheduling and shift assignments and work location may be changed at any time, as required by business necessity.\nJob Requirements\nMinimum Job Requirements:\nMinimum age 16 years and older.\nMust be available Weekends and/or Evenings.\n1 Year Food Service Required. \n1 Year Supervising experience Preferred.\nPreferred Job Requirements:\nSupervisory experience.\nFood Service experience. \nFood Handler Certification, if not, JCPRD will require during training period.
