information\nManage supplier bank-change requests in accordance with established verification and approval procedures\nMaintain accurate supplier master data across applicable ERP systems\nMaintain approved supplier lists, certificates, supplier-diversity information, and financial records\nWork directly with suppliers, Buyers, Commodity Leads, Finance, Project Procurement, and internal stakeholders\nGuide suppliers through onboarding requirements, including applicable terms and conditions, quality requirements, and business procedures\nEducate internal users on applicable standard operating procedures, approval hierarchies, forms, and work instructions\nCommunicate clearly with internal customers and manage expectations regarding supplier and purchasing processes\nCreate standard purchase orders and blanket purchase agreements in accordance with established procedures\nUpdate purchase-order pricing, payment terms, Incoterms, and other commercial information when required\nFollow up on standard purchase-order deliveries and resolve discrepancies with the appropriate stakeholders\nProvide backup support for converting purchase requisitions into purchase orders\nMaintain organized supplier, project, requisition, and purchasing documentation in accordance with record-retention requirements\nSupport special projects, capital purchases, and ongoing cost-reduction activities\nReview ERP records, identify obsolete or inaccurate data, and coordinate data-cleanup activities\nIdentify opportunities to improve payment terms, Incoterms, supplier records, purchasing processes, and operating costs\nSupport the consolidation of purchase orders through effective planning and communication\nAddress urgent internal requests and supplier credit holds related to payment or pricing concerns\nProvide timely and professional service to suppliers and internal customers\nPrepare clear reports and provide weekly updates on assigned projects and improvement activities\nEnsure compliance with applicable Quality, Environmental, Health, and Safety Management Systems\nPerform other related duties as required\nWhat We’re Looking For\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required\nPostsecondary education in Supply Chain, Purchasing, Business Administration, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or a related field preferred\nTwo to three years of purchasing, supplier management, supply chain, or related experience preferred\nExperience in a manufacturing environment is an asset\nDemonstrated ability to coordinate purchasing and supplier-management activities\nGeneral understanding of supply chain and purchasing processes\nExperience creating or maintaining purchase orders and blanket purchase agreements\nFamiliarity with ERP systems and supplier master-data management\nProficiency with Microsoft Office applications\nIntermediate to advanced English skills\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy\nExcellent communication, interpersonal, and customer-service skills\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently\nAbility to work independently
