Intelligence and Reporting\nServe as the primary Power BI subject-matter expert for Canadian operations and shared services\nDesign, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models\nCreate KPI scorecards, executive dashboards, and performance-reporting tools\nDevelop reporting solutions that support Finance, Operations, Sales, and Leadership teams\nEnhance existing reports while improving usability, effectiveness, and user experience\nAutomate recurring reports to reduce manual work and improve information accessibility\nMonitor and optimize dashboard performance, data refreshes, and reporting processes\nDevelop and maintain reporting documentation, user guides, and report inventories\nBuild and maintain data models, relationships, calculations, and measures using DAX\nApply Power Query best practices to transform, clean, and structure business data\nData Analytics, Automation, and Digitalization\nIdentify opportunities to automate manual business and reporting processes\nUse Power BI, SQL, Power Query, Power Automate, and other analytical tools to improve business visibility\nExtract, transform, and validate data from Oracle, CMS, and other business systems\nDevelop and maintain SQL queries and data-extraction processes\nTroubleshoot complex data and reporting issues\nCollaborate with IT and business stakeholders to improve system across multiple plants and functions\nSupport the development and maintenance of reporting-governance practices\nDocument data sources, calculation methodologies, reporting assumptions, and ownership responsibilities\nIdentify and address data inconsistencies that could affect business decisions\nFinancial and Operational Reporting Support\nSupport monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting requirements through automated reporting and data analytics\nWork with business-unit controllers, operations leaders, and management teams to understand reporting needs\nAnalyze business performance, sales trends, operational metrics, and financial results\nSupport budgeting, forecasting, and strategic-planning activities\nTranslate complex financial and operational data into meaningful business performance drivers\nWhat We’re Looking For\nDegree or diploma in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Mathematics, Finance, or a related discipline\nThree to five years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, reporting systems, or a related field\nAdvanced Power BI expertise, including: Data modeling DAX Power Query Dashboard development Performance optimization\nStrong SQL skills with the ability to develop and troubleshoot complex queries\nExperience integrating and transforming data from multiple business systems\nAdvanced
