In this role, you will manage and support databases across the European region, ensuring their performance, security, integrity, and availability. You will also support ETL tools and local IT operations, working closely with production stakeholders and local IT teams.\nYour responsibilities will be to:\nDesign, implement, and maintain robust database systems supporting business applications\nOptimize database performance through indexing, query optimization, and data partitioning\nEnsure data integrity, security, and availability through regular monitoring and maintenance\nCollaborate with developers, analysts, production stakeholders, and IT teams to understand data requirements and deliver effective solutions\nPerform database migrations, upgrades, and patches\nMaintain documentation for database systems, configurations, and procedures\nTroubleshoot and resolve database-related issues\nImplement and manage backup and recovery processes\nDevelop and optimize ETL processes for data extraction, transformation, and loading\nProvide ETL-related support and troubleshooting\nSupport local IT and OT users\nOur requirements:\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience\n1-3 years of relevant hands-on experience in database administration, ETL tools, or IT operations\nExperience with MS SQL database technologies and ETL tools, particularly Azure Data Factory\nKnowledge of API technologies\nStrong troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills\nAbility to work effectively with different stakeholders and manage multiple priorities\nExperience with NoSQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle\nFamiliarity with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud platforms\nRelevant technical certifications and/or experience in a manufacturing environment are considered a plus\nWhat we offer:\nJoin our team and contribute to the reliable operation and continuous improvement of our IT infrastructure.
