L’entité comprend 3 sites de production - Hirson (Aisne), Wuxi (Chine) et Chennai (Inde) - ainsi qu’un centre d’expertise d’éclairage basé au Bourget.\nPoste\nRattaché hiérarchiquement au Directeur des Opérations et Stratégie industrielle AS, vos principales missions seront :\nAssurer l'encadrement de l'équipe de direction du site et animer le CODIR\nAnimer le plan industriel adapté aux besoins présents et futurs du site en respect des règles du système de production\nEtre pilote et relais des relations inter-sites de l’activité dont le centre R&D\nOrganiser les moyens humains, techniques et financiers afin de garantir un haut niveau de performance industrielle : productivité, qualité produits, respect des règles hygiène/sécurité/environnement\nParticiper à l’élaboration et au déploiement des systèmes qualité et organisation à leur amélioration continue\nAssurer au quotidien les bonnes relations avec les partenaires sociaux, syndicats\nPrésider le CSE et les commissions d’établissement (CSSCT, etc…)\nInstaurer un bon climat social\nLe Profil \nDiplômé(e) d’une école d’Ingénieur (ou équivalent), vous avez acquis une expérience de 5 années minimum sur un poste de Directeur d’usine dans le secteur industriel (automobile, de préférence) en ayant, antérieurement, occupé des fonctions telles que Directeur de production ou Direction industrielle.\n- Vous avez déployé les outils du Lean Manufacturing et travaillé dans un contexte exigeant et réactif\n- Vous avez des capacités managériales à conduire le changement\n- Un esprit d’analyse et de synthèse est impératif, votre rigueur et votre réactivité seront vos principaux atouts.\n- Vous avez de bonnes bases en injection plastique, micromécanique et électronique.\n- Anglais courant indispensable.\nCome join our global, inclusive & diverse team\nOur purpose is to improve the quality of life of everyone we touch through our innovative motion systems.
