The role supports Finance Managers with high-quality data, variance explanations and decision-relevant analysis, without replacing local approval or sign-off responsibility.\nYour responsibilities will be to:\nPrepare month-end reporting packages and support consolidation-system uploads.\nAnalyze actual results versus budget, forecast and prior year.\nPrepare cost-center reporting, SG&A analysis and headcount cost tracking.\nSupport annual budget, rolling forecast and long-range planning files.\nPrepare balance-sheet review schedules and follow up on assigned actions.\nSupport inventory, working-capital, capex and productivity reporting where relevant.\nPrepare management reports, KPI dashboards and ad-hoc financial analyses.\nSupport statutory, tax and audit packages by compiling data and schedules.\nWork with SSC accounting teams to validate close outputs and explain variances.\nImprove reporting efficiency, data quality and standardization.\nOur requirements:\nDegree in Finance, Controlling, Economics, Accounting or comparable qualification.\nThree to seven years of relevant controlling, FP&A or financial-analysis experience.\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong analytical capability.\nERP experience; SAP is preferred.\nExperience with Power BI or similar reporting tools is an advantage.\nBusiness-fluent English; German language capability is beneficial.\nAccurate, structured and deadline-oriented working style.\nStrong ownership and service mindset when supporting Germany-based stakeholders.\nClear communication, collaborative problem-solving and willingness to improve processes.\nWould be advantageous:\nExperience in manufacturing finance, plant controlling or a multi-entity environment.\nHands-on experience with budget, forecast and management reporting.\nAbility to translate financial data into concise conclusions for business stakeholders.\nWhat we offer:\nHybrid working model with 2 days home office per week\nCompetitive salary and benefits (cafeteria, annual bonus, travel support, etc.)\nAn international working environment with diverse exposure across European operations\nParticipation in process improvement and standardization initiatives\nProfessional development opportunities within a global manufacturing company\nA high level of ownership and visibility in your area of responsibility\nLocation: Hatvan\nCome join our global, inclusive & diverse team\nOur purpose is to improve the quality of life of everyone we touch through our innovative motion systems.
