The role focuses on process ownership, implementation of engineering methodologies, and supporting stable production while enabling yield, cycle time, and cost improvements.\nKey Responsibilities\nOwn and maintain production processes, process flows, and work instructions.\nDefine and implement production engineering methodologies to improve quality, yield, and efficiency.\nProvide daily engineering support to production lines, including hands-on troubleshooting.\nLead root cause analysis for process-related issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.\nDrive yield improvement, scrap reduction, and cycle time optimization initiatives.\nSupport introduction of new products and processes in collaboration with NPI and R&D teams.\nDefine process parameters, control plans, and acceptance criteria.\nLead process validation, qualification, and change management activities (ECO).\nCollaborate with Quality to ensure compliance with internal and customer requirements.\nSupport production ramp-up, line balancing, and capacity planning activities.\nWork with Maintenance and Test Engineering to ensure equipment and test readiness.\nDrive standardization and best practices across production lines.\nEducation & Experience\nBSc in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering, or related field.\n3-5+ years of experience as a Production Engineer, Process Engineer, or similar role in a manufacturing environment.\nProduction Engineering Methodologies\nStrong knowledge and practical application of Lean Manufacturing principles.\nExperience with Six Sigma tools and data-driven process improvement.\nHands-on use of SPC, control charts, and statistical analysis.\nExperience performing PFMEA and defining control plans.\nFamiliarity with standard work, line balancing, and takt time concepts.\nExperience with problem-solving methodologies such as 8D, 5W\nTechnical Skills\nAbility to define and document production processes and specifications.\nStrong root cause analysis and troubleshooting skills.\nExperience with process validation and qualification.\nFamiliarity with ECO and change management processes.\nPreferred Skills\nExperience supporting NPI and production ramp-up.\nKnowledge of automation, fixtures, and manufacturing equipment.\nExperience working in regulated or high-reliability manufacturing environments.\nPersonal Skills\nStrong ownership and accountability mindset.\nStructured, analytical, and detail-oriented approach.\nAbility to work independently in a fast-paced production environment.\nStrong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.\nCome join our global, inclusive & diverse team\nOur purpose is to improve the quality of life of everyone we touch through our innovative motion systems.
