Your expertise in automotive quality standards, problem-solving, and supplier quality management will be crucial for ensuring customer satisfaction and the long-term success of the business unit.\nWhy You’ll Love Working Here:\nCompetitive pay and comprehensive benefits package.\nOpportunity to lead quality initiatives with major customers and suppliers.\nCollaborative and innovative culture focused on continuous improvement.\nProfessional development and career-growth opportunities.\nWork in an environment committed to quality, safety, and operational excellence.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing:\nDevelop and implement cell-based quality systems aligned with customer, employee, and shareholder expectations.\nLead or participate in continuous improvement (CI) projects.\nDrive root-cause resolution for customer, supplier, and QOS-related quality issues.\nLead and coach Quality Technicians to meet customer requirements and environmental/quality standards.\nReview and approve Supplier PPAP submissions; provide final PPAP approval before customer submission.\nTrack supplier nonconformities and lead corrective action activities.\nEstablish operator reaction plans, maintain control plans, SPC, gage and operator instructions, records, and First-Off documentation.\nWork closely with customer SQEs to ensure product quality across the supply chain.\nManage Quality Alerts and ensure timely closure and log maintenance.\nProvide leadership for PECN activity and participate in MRB and CI teams.\nEnsure compliance with ISO 45001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and all company quality and safety systems.\nPerform additional quality-related duties as required.\nWhat We’re Looking For:\nDegree or diploma in Engineering or Applied Science, or a combination of related education and experience.\nExperience in manufacturing and automotive quality requirements, including Quality & Environmental Standards.\nProficiency in modern quality tools: Error Proofing, Design of Experiments, Statistical Control, FMEA, PPAP, PSO, Problem Resolution, etc.\nExcellent communication, negotiation, conflict-management, and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.\nHigh integrity and dependability with strong sense of urgency and results orientation.\nBonus Points If You Have:\nExperience leading supplier quality initiatives in automotive environments.\nStrong background in cell-based quality systems or QOS deployment.\nExperience with PECN management or MRB collaboration.\nHow to Apply:\nApply online at www.johnsonelectric.com - We can’t wait to meet you!\nWhat We Offer:\nJohnson Electric offers talented people like you career-building opportunities with a global leader in motion products and solutions.
