In this highly visible role, you will go beyond the numbers, challenging results, uncovering key business drivers, and turning financial data into meaningful insights. Working closely with our Shared Service Centre and European Finance Leadership, you will oversee P&L and balance sheet reviews, CIT calculations, and Swiss statutory reporting, ensuring financial information is accurate, compliant, and ready to support confident business decisions.\nYour responsibilities will be to:\nLead the monthly P&L review, analysing variances against budget, forecast and prior year, and providing clear explanations for key movements\nReview the monthly balance sheet and account reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution of outstanding items\nOversee key accounting areas, including provisions, accruals, intercompany balances, and AP, AR and fixed asset reconciliations\nPrepare financial analysis and management commentary for European Finance Leadership as part of the monthly reporting process\nPrepare the annual and interim corporate income tax (CIT) computations, including tax provision, deferred tax and supporting reconciliations\nPrepare the CIT package for review by the Finance Manager and technical review by the Group CIT team and coordinate with external tax advisors on filings and assessments\nOwn the JE statutory reporting calendar and ensure all filings are submitted on time, including the transaction summary reporting to the Swiss National Bank (SNB)\nSupport preparation of the Swiss statutory financial statements (Swiss Code of Obligations) and reconciliation to Group (IFRS) reporting\nCoordinate the external audit for JE: prepare the PBC list, respond to auditor queries and track audit findings to closure\nClose collaboration and communication with our Shared Service Centre in Hatvan (GL/FA, AP, AR, VAT)\nAct as the entity-side reviewer of SSC deliverables, maintain internal control documentation for the JEIAG closing, tax and reporting processes\nContribute to automation and reporting improvements (Power BI, Excel automation, AI tools)\nOur requirements:\nMaster’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field\nHaving Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification would be advantage\nMore than 7 years of experience in accounting, controlling or financial analysis, ideally in an international manufacturing group\nStrong accounting knowledge, including month-end close, financial statement analysis, Swiss statutory accounting and tax, and IFRS Group reporting\nControlling mindset, with the ability to challenge numbers, understand key business drivers, identify root causes, and proactively manage financial risks\nAdvanced Excel skills and experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools\nPractical experience using AI tools or automation to speed up analysis, reconciliations or reporting is an advantage\nERP experience, preferably Oracle; exposure to consolidation tools (e.g. Oracle FCCS) is a plus\nProficiency in English is mandatory; French or German knowledge would be considered as advantage\nAnalytical and data-driven mindset with a proactive and solution-oriented approach\nAbility to work independently, meet deadlines, and perform effectively under pressure with stress resilient mindset\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience collaborating across international teams\nWhat do we offer:\n A truly international, multicultural, and fast-paced working environment\nThe opportunity to work on impactful regional and cross-functional projects\nExposure to a highly automated and innovative production environment\nProfessional development and growth opportunities within a global organization\nCollaboration with experienced international teams and finance leaders\nCome join our global, inclusive & diverse team\nOur purpose is to improve the quality of life of everyone we touch through our innovative motion systems.
