diagnostics.\nIdentify opportunities to automate repetitive development and operational processes using software and AI.\nTravel abroad when required for business needs, including project implementation, technical support, collaboration.\nKnowledge And Skills\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent professional experience.\n5+ years of professional software engineering experience, preferably involving production systems, manufacturing, MES, industrial automation, or machine integration.\nStrong C#/.NET skills, including ASP.NET Core, APIs, asynchronous programming, and background services.\nStrong Angular and TypeScript development skills.\nStrong MSSQL knowledge, including database design, indexing, query optimization, and stored procedures.\nUnderstanding of distributed systems, messaging, caching, concurrency, and event-driven architectures.\nExperience with technologies such as NATS, MQTT, OPC-UA, Kepware, or similar industrial integration platforms.\nPractical experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Codex, or equivalent tools.\nAbility to review AI-generated code for correctness, security, performance, maintainability, and architectural fit.\nUnderstanding of Git, automated testing, CI/CD, observability, logging, and production troubleshooting.\nStrong problem-solving skills across software, database, integration, and manufacturing environments.\nAbility to communicate effectively with software teams, controls engineers, process engineers, operators, and business stakeholders.\n*This is an on-site position at our Izmir Plant in the Aegean Free Zone (ESBAS), Izmir, Türkiye.
