This role supports production goals by ensuringhigh-qualityworkmanship, process compliance, and efficient throughput.\nEssential Duties & Responsibilities\nPerform hand soldering and/or machine soldering (through-hole, surface mount,wire-to-terminal, or assembly soldering as applicable)\n\nRead and follow work instructions, schematics, blueprints, and process documentation\n\nInspect solder joints for quality, defects, and conformance to specifications\n\nUse soldering tools such as soldering irons, reflow ovens,wavesoldermachines, and related equipment\n\nIdentifyand report defects, process deviations, or equipment issues\n\nRework or repair assemblies asrequiredper documented procedures\n\nMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work area (5S standards)\n\nFollow all safety, quality, and ESD (electrostatic discharge) requirements\n\nMeet productivity, quality, and attendance expectations\n\nParticipatein continuous improvement and training initiatives\n\nComply withall company policies and manufacturing procedures\n\nRequired Qualifications\nHigh school diploma or GED\n\nAbility to perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail\n\nAbility to follow written and verbal instructions\n\nBasic math and measurement skills\n\nManual dexterity and goodhand-eyecoordination\n\nAbility to stand, sit, or work at a bench for extended periods\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nPrevioussoldering experience in a manufacturing or electronics environment\n\nKnowledge of IPC standards (IPC-A-610, J-STD-001) preferred\n\nExperience with surface mount (SMT) orthrough-holesoldering\n\nExperience working in a regulated manufacturing environment\n\nAbility to read basic electrical schematics or assembly drawings\n\nPhysical Requirements\nAbility tolift upto [50]lbsoccasionally\n\nAbility to perform fine motor tasks\n\nAbility to visually inspect small components and solder joints\n\nAbility to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, heat, or fumes (PPE provided)\n\nWork Environment\nManufacturing/production floor\n\nMay involve exposure to soldering fumes, chemicals, or hot surfaces\n\nPPE required as applicable\n\nCompetencies\nAttention to detail\n\nQuality focus\n\nProcess adherence\n\nTime management\n\nTeamwork and communication\n\nSafety awareness\n\nCome join our global, inclusive & diverse team\nOur purpose is to improve the quality of life of everyone we touch through our innovative motion systems.
