It is aimed at high potential individuals who, when given the right tools, are empowered to proactively take responsibility, effect change and make a positive contribution to their teams and the business.\nTHE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:\nDevelop relevant technical skills within their area of expertise. \nExperience cross functional exposure both on site and within Campus Ireland.\nParticipate in regular one to ones and feedback to support your on-going development.\nEngage in personal development and effectiveness training.\nDevelop influencing & communication skills.\nGain Project Management experience.\nLearn new and innovative technologies.\nGain exposure to Senior Management Team. \nParticipate in continuous professional development program with a recognised qualification.\nPOSITION SUMMARY:\nThe Graduate Planner is responsible for the purchasing and delivery of Raw Materials/Consumables to the site to facilitate the requirements of the Production Schedule in line with patient demand.\nROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES\nExecute the development, maintenance, communication, and publication of the Materials Requirements Plan (MRP) to ensure that patient requirements are met.\nMaintain Raw Materials and Components inventories within our goal, while minimizing excess, obsolete and expired materials (SLOB).\nContribute to the global balancing of Materials and Components within Global Planning, ensuring efficient and effective procurement and inventory practices and optimizing the balance between quality, service, reliability and cost.\nEnsure that all material delivery schedules are communicated to the suppliers on time to meet plan requirements.\nPartner with Global Procurement to drive Supplier performance improvement including quality and timely delivery in line with MPS.\nTrack and report site/platform level supplier service performance, communicating the information to the relevant parties.\nCollaborate with Quality and Warehouse staff regarding rejected/defective materials, making physical arrangements with the supplier to ensure a timely return of goods or disposal.\nFocus and encourage continuous improvements of the process supported.\nSupport material and component Phase in and Phase out processes.\nEnsure a high level of integrity and implementation of Credo-based actions.\nEDUCATION & EXPERIENCE\nEssential:\nYou are currently pursuing a minimum bachelor’s level degree in either Supply Chain Management or related Business discipline and are due to graduate in 2027.\nCustomer focused ensuring that customer requirements are clearly planned for and communicated within the organization.\nExcellent computer proficiency e.g. MS Office, SAP\nExcellent analytical skill to identify gaps and root causes of issues and think out of the box to develop a solution.\nMust be able to work independently with minimum supervision to meet tight deadlines and maintain a positive attitude.\nDemonstrates the ability to be flexible and respond effectively to changing priorities.\nAbility to multitask and prioritize in an effective and efficient manner.\nRequired Skills:\nPreferred Skills:\nThe anticipated base pay range for this position is:\n€34,800.00 - €55,775.00Benefits:\nIn addition to base pay, we offer the following benefits*: an annual bonus with set target (% of pay) depending on pay grade / location, where the actual amount is based on the employees’ and companies’ performance of the previous calendar year, or sales commissions.
