The successful candidate will collaborate with local and global stakeholders, support strategic decision-making, and help ensure financial accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence.\nKey Responsibilities\nFinance Compliance & SOX\nImplement and maintain the Finance SOX program, including annual assessments, documentation, controls, and compliance activities.\nSupport SOX 404 audit requirements and ensure adherence to company policies and applicable regulations.\nReview and maintain internal controls, segregation of duties, user access, and process documentation.\nFinancial Close & Accounting\nSupport monthly and quarterly close processes, including accruals, reconciliations, tax accruals, and financial reporting activities.\nReview VAT reporting, intercompany transactions, and statutory accounting matters.\nLead and support ad hoc accounting projects and process improvement initiatives.\nTreasury, Banking & Payments\nManage banking activities and cash flow processes.\nReview and approve cash flow submissions and payment runs for vendors and intercompany transactions.\nAct as the primary liaison between Finance, Accounts Payable, and Shared Services teams.\nAudits & Regulatory Reporting\nSupport financial audits, tax filings, statutory reporting, and interactions with external auditors and tax authorities.\nEnsure timely submission and review of required regulatory reports.\nForecasting & Business Partnering\nPrepare financial forecasts, budgets, and planning-cycle submissions.\nPerform ongoing Budget vs. Actual (BVA) analyses, profitability reviews, and management reporting.\nPartner with business leaders to provide financial insights and decision-support recommendations.\nCost Accounting & Inventory\nSupport cost accounting activities, inventory analysis, and standard costing processes.\nMonitor inventory-related accounting and controls to ensure compliance and accuracy.\nERP & Systems Projects\nSupport the V-Wave ERP migration and finance-related system implementation activities.\nEnsure finance requirements, controls, reporting, and stakeholder needs are effectively integrated into new systems and processes.\nQualifications\nEducation\nCPA certification required.\nBachelor's degree in Economics and Accounting or a related field.\nExperience\n3-4 years of experience as a Senior Financial Analyst or similar finance role.\nAt least 3 years of experience with one of the Big 4 accounting firms in Israel.\nExperience in a multinational company or medical device/pharmaceutical environment is an advantage.\nRequired Skills & Competencies\nStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.\nExcellent financial and accounting knowledge.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nStrong decision-making and organizational skills.\nEffective communication and stakeholder-management abilities.\nExcellent written and verbal English skills.\nCollaborative team player with a proactive approach.\nTechnical Skills\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.\nExperience working with ERP systems; SAP and/or NetSuite experience is an advantage.\nAdditional Information\nAbility to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and global stakeholders.\nWillingness to travel occasionally as required.\nWhy Join Us?\nAt V-Wave, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in an innovative medical technology organization.
