The primary objective of the role is to identify and deliver sustainable cost, productivity, and operational improvements through digital and physical automation across warehouse and VAS operations.\nThis is a process- and project-focused role rather than a technical automation engineering position. The successful candidate should be able to understand end-to-end operational processes, translate business requirements into automation solutions, and coordinate effectively across Operations, IT/SAP teams, Finance, and automation vendors.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead warehouse and VAS automation projects from process assessment and business-case development through design, implementation, stabilization, and benefits realization.\nAnalyze current operational processes and identify opportunities to improve productivity, capacity, quality, and cost through automation and process redesign.\nCoordinate requirements and integration across warehouse processes, SAP/WMS, master data, system interfaces, and automation equipment.\nWork with automation vendors and internal stakeholders to develop practical solutions that fit operational requirements and system constraints.\nDevelop robust automation business cases, including productivity improvements, cost avoidance, depreciation/amortization, ROI, payback, and total cost analysis.\nDefine and monitor operational and automation performance metrics, including productivity, equipment utilization/OEE, downtime, yield, and realized savings.\nManage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, testing, implementation, and stakeholder communication.\nRequired Skills & Experience\nStrong understanding of warehouse and/or manufacturing shop-floor processes.\nGood working knowledge of SAP, WMS, system interfaces, and master data.\nGood understanding of automation performance metrics such as productivity, OEE/equipment utilization, downtime analysis, and yield.\nAbility to understand how operational processes, SAP/WMS flows, and automation equipment interact;
