Working closely with the Bids & Contracts Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of tender submissions and contract management activities across Australia & New Zealand.\nResponsibilities\nSupporting the preparation, coordination and submission of high-quality, compliant tender responses for public and private healthcare customers across Australia & New Zealand\nAssisting in the management of public contract lifecycles, including contract awards, extensions, variations, pricing queries and contract governance activities\nContributing to pre-tender planning by gathering market intelligence, supporting opportunity assessments and coordinating stakeholders to position the business for success\nBuilding strong relationships with internal teams and external healthcare procurement stakeholders to ensure effective communication, collaboration and customer service\nMaintaining accurate tender and contract documentation, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements\nAbout You\nDegree qualified with minimum 2-3 years’ experience in a tendering and contracts management role, experience within a large complex organisation within medical devices and/or pharma is highly regarded\nStrong organisation, project management and problem-solving abilities, with strong attention to detail\nProactive with a consultative approach, and the capacity to engage and work with cross functional teams\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability
