Learn more at https://www.jnj.com/medtech\nWe are looking for a proactive and well-organized Business Support Intern to join our team and support a variety of business processes and operational activities.\nThis role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, structured and eager to learn, with the ability to quickly understand new processes, tools and ways of working.\nThe intern will work closely with different teams, gaining exposure to multiple business areas while contributing to the efficient execution and continuous improvement of internal processes.\nKey Responsibilities:\nSupport the execution and follow-up of day-to-day business processes.\nHelp maintain accurate and up-to-date information across different tools and databases.\nPerform regular checks to ensure data accuracy, completeness and consistency.\nCoordinate and follow up on different activities, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.\nIdentify opportunities to simplify or improve existing processes.\nSupport the team in the implementation and maintenance of digital tools and process improvements.\nCollaborate with different teams and stakeholders according to business needs.\nQualifications:\nCurrently pursuing or recently completed university studies or equivalent education.
