This role has an intense focus and dedication to delivering a high-quality product and processes.\nYou will be responsible for:\nRoutine execution of inventory management systems\nEnsuring efficient utilization of the space\nPerforming cycle count and reconciliation activities to ensure inventory accuracy\nSAP Inventory Management\nAssisting in regulatory inspections and performing safety and quality audits\nAnswering relevant questions about packaging, methods, storage, and inventory for internal and external clients\nContact with freight forwarders, receiving parties, and internal clients\nTraining on and following standard operating procedures and work instructions\nFollowing GMP guidelines and safety guidelines and regulations\nFulfilling orders and replenishment to Manufacturing and QC Operations\nAlways adhering to health and safety rules and regulations\nLabeling warehouse stock for quick and easy identification and retrieval\nWearing protective clothing and equipment as required\nAdhering to training requirements\nBeing responsible for GDP (Good Documentation Practices)\nAdhering to schedules, policies, and group guidelines\nExecuting patient apheresis receipts and shipment of final CAR-T product\nProcessing all inbound materials and put-away\nPerforming other duties as assigned\nQualifications / Requirements:\nEducation:\nMinimum of High School Diploma or equivalent\nExperience and Skills:\nRequired:\n4 years of relevant work experience\nExperience preferred within any of the following areas: distribution, manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain\nInventory Management experience\nCold chain supply chain knowledge, including handling of multiple temperature conditions such as 2-8°C, 30°C, -80°C, and -120°C\nProven initiative, creativity, assertiveness, and leadership skills\nMS Office Suite proficiency preferred, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook\nKnowledge of Warehouse Management Systems\nPreferred:\nCryopod Filling Station experience\nCryofreezer/LN2 handling\nKnowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) or Good Practices (GxP)\nOther:\nAvailability to work between the hours of 0600-1730, Saturday through Tuesday, for 10.5-hour shifts\nAbility to accommodate changes in the schedule, including working other shifts as per operational needs\nAbility to travel up to 10% domestically\nJohnson & Johnson is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
