You’ll work closely with study teams, project managers and cross-functional partners, gaining valuable exposure to clinical research processes, documentation and systems.\nWhat you’ll do:\nSupport the processing, tracking and filing of clinical study documentation.\nHelp maintain the Trial Master File (TMF/eTMF), ensuring study documentation is complete and up to date.\nWork with Study Teams and partners to track relevant activities within Clinical Trial Management Systems (CTMS).\nSupport the preparation and distribution of regulatory documentation and study materials.\nCreate and generate reports from clinical study systems.\nAssist with the ordering and distribution of study supplies to clinical sites.\nSupport medical device tracking and ordering, where applicable.\nProvide administrative and coordination support to clinical study teams and project managers.\nCollaborate with Site Managers and other cross-functional partners across the organisation.\nWe’re looking for a proactive, organised and detail-oriented student who is interested in clinical research, healthcare or medical technology and keen to develop practical experience.\nQualifications:\nCurrently studying towards a Bioscience-related degree, with at least 2 years of degree-level study completed.\nA minimum 2:1 achieved in your first year of study.\nYou’ll also bring:\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nGood organisation and time-management skills.\nStrong attention to detail and an ability to work accurately.\nConfidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.\nA collaborative approach and willingness to learn.\nPrevious experience in clinical research or administrative support and/or a clinical or medical background would be an advantage, but is not essential.\nWhat you’ll gain:\nYou’ll gain practical exposure to clinical study operations, clinical documentation, TMF/eTMF management and clinical trial systems, while developing valuable skills in coordination, stakeholder collaboration and project support.\nThe role is based in Leeds, UK, with flexibility to work remotely.
