Learn more at https://www.jnj.com/medtech\nPurpose of the role:\nWe are looking for an experienced Clinical & Technical Specialist to join our Surgery team and support the implementation and clinical use of advanced surgical energy technologies.\nThis is a hands-on, field-based role for someone who combines biomedical expertise, surgical energy knowledge and confidence in the operating room environment.\nWhat you will do:\nSupport installation, setup and clinical readiness of surgical energy systems\nProvide on-site technical and clinical support during surgical procedures\nTroubleshoot equipment-related issues and provide first-line technical support\nTrain surgeons, OR teams and biomedical departments following internal product certification\nPartner with Commercial, Technical Service and Professional Education teams to ensure seamless technology adoption\nWhat we are looking for:\nDegree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering or a related field\nHands-on experience with monopolar, bipolar, ultrasonic and/or advanced bipolar energy technologies\nExperience with medical devices, electrosurgical generators or surgical capital equipment\nStrong understanding of operating room workflows and biomedical troubleshooting\nConfidence working alongside surgeons, OR teams and biomedical departments\nStrong professional English and fluent Turkish\nFlexibility to travel across Türkiye\nWe are looking for strong expertise in surgical energy technologies and their clinical applications.
