You will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of cloud solutions on Yandex Cloud platform, managing resources effectively, and serving as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders. Your will ensure the successful delivery of critical cloud services, compliance with policies, and continuous improvement of cloud infrastructure.\nKey Responsibilities\n Leadership & Team Management\n· Manage a small team of individual contributors, conducting effective performance management.\n · Allocate resources and assign tasks to meet team and organizational objectives.\n · Unblock issues and support team members to achieve their goals.\nStrategic & Operational Planning\n· Develop and communicate tactical and operational plans for the Cloud Engineering team.\n · Create programs milestones, manage risks, and ensure launch readiness aligned with business priorities.\nProgram & Project Oversight\n· Collaborate across teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.\n · Review pull requests, manage grooming of JIRA stories, and follow up on approvals (TQ, Security).\n · Conduct Proof of Concepts (POCs) and testing for non-standard requests.\n · Manage networking changes, requests, and cloud-specific components.\nCloud Infrastructure & Security Management\n· Track and manage cloud quotas to optimize resource utilization within Yandex Cloud.\n · Design and implement new components of the CLOUDx Yandex setup.\n · Manage IAM requests, security approvals, and ensure compliance.\n · Review end-user architectures and troubleshoot critical issues.\nStakeholder Collaboration & Communication\n· Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding cloud operations.\n · Review and unblock issues related to end-user requests and architectures.\n · Manage end-user technical queries and facilitate smooth communication.\nCompliance & Governance\n· Ensure adherence to organizational policies, procedures, and compliance standards.\n · Monitor performance, workflow, and operational metrics to meet goals within timelines and budgets.\nQualifications & Skills\n· Proven experience in cloud platform management, preferably in a leadership role.\n · Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).\n · Strong understanding of Yandex Cloud infrastructure components, security protocols, and networking.\n · Experience with cloud security tools such as Zscaler.\n · Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.\n · Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.\n · Proficiency in JIRA, SNOW, and other project management tools.\n · Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\n· Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.\n · Certifications in Cloud Computing (e.g., Yandex Cloud, AWS, Azure, GCP, or equivalent).\n · Experience working in a regulated environment with compliance
