This supply chain-based role will lead multi-functional teams to ensure that all projects relating to Patient Safety, Quality, Compliance, Service, Growth, and Value are executed to exceed business metrics. This exciting role will be responsible for creation of a project business case, developing transformational projects and ensuring\nKey Responsibilities\nGenerate interview questions for the following Senior Project Leader position requirements:\nLead/Execute projects in line with standard project management guidelines \nLead issues which relate to Reliability, Quality and Compliance improvements \nInstill and maintain a sense of urgency and customer focus within the Supply Chain team in collaboration with external manufacturing partners \nSuccessfully integrate and improve lifecycle management process to achieve wider business objectives to deliver successful performance metrics to meet the needs of our customers \nEnsure that projects are performed in compliance with the Quality System and drives efforts to improve a culture of quality and compliance \nDevelop strong business partner relationships throughout the organization to drive alignment on strategic priorities \nDevelop in-depth understanding of various business processes, governances and supporting systems and the tools/templates used for project & portfolio management \nDemonstrate strong project management skills, including accurate and effective project planning, creation of shared team goals, delivering project in line with established milestone dates, resource management, capital/expense management, developing and executing communication plans, leading resolution of risks & issues, risk management and balancing multiple activities to accomplish goals. \nLead manufacturing engineering activities, including maintaining technical engineering documentation, serving as the primary point of contact for Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) approvals, coordinating engineering changes, and supporting other related manufacturing engineering activities as required. \nQualifications\nEducation:\nMinimum Bachelor's degree required; Engineering, Science, or a related Field required \nMaster’s degree or higher in Engineering, Science, or a related Field is preferred \nProject management methodology certification (e.g., PMP/PMI, FPX) is preferred \nRequired:\nMinimum 6+ years of relevant work experience (4+ years of relevant experience with Master’s degree, 2+ years of relevant experience with Ph.D) \nWork experience within the healthcare (i.e. Medical Technology or Pharmaceuticals) industry \nProject Management experience, including developing and implementing processes for new or existing products/process and/or new technologies \nDemonstrated ability applying project management methodologies and tools, resource management practices and organizational change techniques \nOutstanding communication and interpersonal skills (written, presentation, meeting management, documentation) to effectively persuade and work across segments and functions at all levels of the organization \nPreferred:\nSupply Chain, Operations, and/or Manufacturing experience \nFamiliarity with such functions as R&D, Regulatory Affairs, and/or Quality \nMedical Device industry experience is a plus \nKnowledge of and experience in applying Six Sigma and Lean methodologies; certification is a plus \nOther:\nMinimum language required: English (mandatory) \nRequires up to 10% domestic and international travel \nWe will ensure that individuals with disabilities are provided reasonable accommodation to participate in the job application or interview process, to perform crucial job functions, and to receive other benefits and privileges of employment.
