Learn more at https://www.jnj.com/.\nThe Experience & Compliance Specialist supports North America Procurement stakeholder engagement, compliance activities, audit readiness, experience management, and business process improvement initiatives. Working under general supervision, the role provides operational support and functional expertise across Experience Services, SOX controls, Audit Management, North America projects, and regional-specific activities including, but not limited to, Escheatment and Asset Recovery.\nThe position works closely with Global and Regional Service Delivery teams, business stakeholders, and compliance partners to deliver a positive user experience, maintain compliance requirements, and support continuous improvement initiatives.\nPrimary Scope:\nExperience: Support Level 3 issue resolution, stakeholder engagement, service recovery, Experience Center activities, and user education.\nCompliance & Controls: Support SOX control execution, control monitoring, documentation, and remediation activities.\nAudit & Tax Support: Assist with internal and external audits, evidence collection, walkthrough preparation, tax-related operational support, and action tracking.\nAP Projects: Support North America projects, acquisitions and divestitures, process improvements, testing activities, and change adoption.\nRegional Specific Activities: Support activities such as Escheatment & Asset Recovery, unclaimed property investigations, recovery efforts, compliance tracking, and issue resolution.\nKey Responsibilities:\n1. Experience & Stakeholder Support\nSupport North America Experience operations and stakeholder service activities.\nAssist in resolving escalated user and business issues.\nGather stakeholder feedback and identify opportunities to improve processes and user experience.\nSupport service reviews, governance reporting, and operational metrics.\nMaintain Experience Center content and support training and knowledge-sharing activities.\nCollaborate with Global and Regional Service Delivery teams to support business partner relationships.\n2. Compliance, Controls, Audit & Tax Support\nSupport North America SOX control and tax-related compliance activities.\nPerform control monitoring, documentation reviews, and compliance reporting.\nAssist with audit requests, evidence collection, walkthrough preparation, and action tracking.\nSupport audit readiness activities and remediation efforts.\nEscalate compliance, control, or audit concerns to leadership when appropriate.\n3. Transformation & North America Projects\nSupport AP transformation initiatives and regional projects.\nParticipate in acquisitions and divestitures, process improvements, system implementations, and testing activities.\nAssist with process standardization and continuous improvement programs.\nSupport automation, AI, and digital enablement initiatives.\nTrack project activities, action items, and risks.\n4. Escheatment & Asset Recovery\nSupport Escheatment and Asset Recovery activities across North America.\nAssist with unclaimed property compliance activities and case management.\nCoordinate investigations of aged items and recovery opportunities.\nSupport reporting, documentation, and issue resolution activities.\nIdentify trends and recommend process improvements.\n5. Knowledge Sharing & Collaboration\nShare process knowledge and best practices with team members and stakeholders.\nSupport training and onboarding activities.\nParticipate in knowledge-sharing sessions and continuous learning initiatives.\nBuild effective working relationships across teams and functions.\n6. Continuous Improvement & Digital Enablement\nIdentify opportunities to improve efficiency and user experience.\nSupport process improvement initiatives through data analysis and issue identification.\nAssist with adoption of automation, AI, and digital solutions.\nPromote standardized processes and compliance practices.\nQualifications:\nRequired:\nA minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required.\nA minimum 3 years of Procurement, Finance, Accounts Payable, Compliance, Audit, Shared Services, or related business experience.\nStrong collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills.\nLearning agility and openness to change.\nExperience with SAP ERP, including MM and FI modules.\nStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.\nFluency in English (written and verbal) is required.\nAdditional language capabilities are an advantage.\nThis position is located in New Brunswick, NJ and may require up to 5% domestic and international travel.\nPreferred:\nGood understanding of Source-to-Pay and Payments processes.\nShared Services or Global Business Services experience.\nExperience supporting audits, controls, compliance, or process improvement initiatives.\nFamiliarity with automation, AI, and digital tools.\nExperience supporting projects or change initiatives.\nJohnson & Johnson is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
