However, all applications will be considered.\nWe are searching for the best talent for Experienced IT Analyst.\nPurpose:\nThe Experienced Engineer, Business Systems Analysis is responsible for supporting reliable, secure, and effective technology services that enable business and operational objectives. This role serves as a key interface between users, IT teams, and technology partners, providing technical support, analyzing business needs, coordinating issue resolution, and contributing to technology improvements. This position supports workplace and site technology, applications, infrastructure, and end-user services while ensuring alignment with IT standards, cybersecurity requirements, and established processes. The role also participates in technology projects, system upgrades, deployments, lifecycle activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nYou will be responsible for:\nIn accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson, procedures and guidelines, this position:\nAnalyzes, designs, programs, implements, and integrates complex computer applications.\nEdits and finalizes concept design specifications for existing systems.\nTroubleshoots high level applications.\nOversee the installation and testing of hardware and software.\nOperates and provides advanced technical support for information management applications including data networking, database design, hardware and software configuration, software development, systems design, training, and security.\nOrganizes all aspects of application development, from analysis through implementation.\nProvides documentation, application design, project plans, and computer code necessary to successfully implement new applications.\nSupport current systems, and designs and implements complex features as requested.\nDevelops computer logic flowcharts for analysis and integration.\nLeads research, recommends, and implements advanced application upgrades, enhancements, and required modifications to keep current and meet the end-user needs.\nResponsible for communicating business-related issues or opportunities to next management level\nResponsible for following all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices as applicable.\nResponsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures\nPerforms other duties assigned as needed\nQualifications / Requirements:\nExperience and education\no University Bachelor's Degree completed.\no 2-4 years of experience in similar positions.\no Experience in the Medical Device industry or medical field (preferred)\no Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse clientele base\nRequired knowledge, skills, abilities, certifications/licenses and affiliations\nStrong knowledge of software validation methodologies, SDLC, csv, GxP.\nConstant and continuous learning of relevant technologies necessary to perform the job.\nAbility to communicate verbally and in writing\nExpert in describing the flow of the processes to help with the redesign, re-engineering, etc.\nUnderstanding of the products and services of the business to define the requirements and needs of the business partners.\nStrong knowledge of the regulations of the business.\nIndependently, solves problems within his/her area of experience and/or escalates the problems to the correct personnel.\nAnalyzes the chain of events to apply his/her knowledge, revises facts and basic fundaments to make recommendations for the solution of problems.\nApplies the requirements within his/her area of responsibility, provides and produces the required documentation and participates in the activities of compliance as required.\nUnderstands the management of the life cycle of technology.\nPossesses intermediate knowledge of one or more technologies and could learn and apply new, emergent concepts.\nStrong understanding of the processes of the company, strategies and trends in the industry.\nIntermediate knowledge of the processes of the business and the application of the projects, applications and procedures that support them.\nIntermediate understanding of the
