The role will own the collection, validation, interpretation, and communication of consolidated worldwide sales, balance sheet, cash flow, and forward-looking analytics; lead the Innovative Medicine five-year LRFP; and translate complex information into clear insights for business and senior leaders. The Manager will partner broadly across Commercial Regions, Global Finance, R&D, the Global Commercial Strategy Organization, Enterprise SCA, Investor Relations, and strategy teams. This highly visible role supports senior executive reviews and has two direct reports.\nKey Deliverables and Specific Responsibilities\nDrive the Innovative Medicine LRFP process, partnering with regional and global teams to develop a robust five-year plan.\nOwn the collection, validation, consolidation, interpretation, and communication of worldwide Innovative Medicine sales, balance sheet, cash flow, and other relevant financial metrics.\nGenerate recurring sales reporting and analysis for weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual close cycles, business planning, and major forecast updates.\nGenerate cash flow reporting and analysis for close cycles, business planning, and major forecast updates.\nDevelop balance sheet, cash flow, and related financial metrics used in enterprise LRFP submissions, strategic plans, forecasts, and executive reviews.\nLead the development and continuous improvement of sales and cash flow reporting in the SCA environment, including Anaplan and CFIN.\nTranslate complex data into relevant insights through specialized analyses, trends, scenario assessments, and executive-ready reporting that influence business decisions.\nLead reviews with the Innovative Medicine CEO, CFO, and other senior leaders, enabling strategic decisions and a clear understanding of portfolio direction, financial outlook, and market dynamics.\nAlign critical framing and communications across Commercial Regions, Global Finance, R&D, Enterprise SCA, and other key stakeholders.\nPartner with R&D and the Global Commercial Strategy Organization to scope pipeline considerations and long-term sales extrapolations.\nPartner with Investor Relations and strategy organizations on external reporting and external business review opportunities.\nParticipate in and shape capital allocation and sector valuation initiatives, sharing best practices and supporting decisions that maximize shareholder value.\nPresent and communicate LRFP, forecasts, and management reporting across the organization, tailoring the message, level of detail, and framing to each audience.\nLead cross-functional, multidimensional process and systems updates required to meet evolving business needs.\nIdentify and deliver data integrity improvements that define, standardize, streamline, and enable system enhancements across multiple classifications and reporting areas.\nProvide ad hoc reporting, financial analysis, strategic projects, and special-request support for the Innovative Medicine CFO and broader business.\nManage and develop two direct reports, setting clear priorities, building capabilities, and maximizing individual and team potential.\nQualifications:\nRequired\nA minimum of a bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.\nA minimum of five years of related experience in finance, accounting, or a relevant business discipline.\nDemonstrated financial planning, management reporting, forecasting, and P&L analysis capabilities.\nExperience working with cross-functional and global teams in a complex organization.\nStrong business partnership and influencing skills, with the ability to build relationships and deliver results across organizational boundaries.\nStrategic thinking, sound judgment, and the ability to convert complex financial and business information into clear recommendations.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills, including formal presentation experience with leaders at multiple organizational levels.\nAbility to work independently, manage competing priorities, and lead cross-functional processes.\nAdvanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, and experience with general ledger and enterprise financial systems.\nThe preferred location for this role is on-site in New Brunswick, New Jersey.
