The Analyst will also support the Value Realization team in preparing monthly performance processes. This role is responsible for maintaining portfolio data, developing reports and dashboards, monitoring key performance indicators, and providing actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.\nWorking closely with cross-functional stakeholders, the analyst will contribute to portfolio visibility, performance management processes, and continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of business data.\nKey Responsibilities\nPartner with the Portfolio Manager and Value Realization team to support portfolio management and governance activities.\nMaintain and analyze portfolio, project, and performance data from multiple sources.\nDevelop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and recurring management reports.\nMonitor project milestones, risks, dependencies, and key performance indicators (KPIs).\nIdentify trends, risks, and opportunities through data analysis and reporting.\nSupport executive reviews by preparing presentations, reporting packages, and business insights.\nEnsure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with reporting standards.\nAssist in the continuous improvement and automation of reporting processes and tools.\nCoordinate reporting timelines and stakeholder inputs to ensure timely delivery of performance information.\nQualifications\nRequired\nBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.\nStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.\nExcellent attention to detail and commitment to data quality.\nEffective communication and stakeholder management skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nAdvanced English is mandatory\nPreferred\nExperience with Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization platforms.\nKnowledge of portfolio management, project management, or PMO
