30%\nReceive, assign, update, classify, process cases\nIdentify if the case will need immediate action and/or require escalation\nEscalate to the appropriate team if needed\nEnsure integrity, completeness, timeliness, and accuracy of transactions & documentation\nUpdate the knowledge management system with new available documents or guidelines\nProactively monitor the cases to be able to determine if any action is needed (time; quality)\nResponsibility for delivering upon agreed SLAs\nProcess complex cases\nLead the teams and daily operation to achieve agreed SLAs, quality, and costs\nTrain other HR teams and business if needed\nEnsuring policy and legal compliance\nEnforcing sensitivity and confidentiality with employee personal data\nLead and oversee daily huddles and daily distribution of workload\nPeople management -
