The role serves as a key enabler of team effectiveness, ensuring structured planning, resource visibility, operational governance, and data-driven decision-making through high-quality reporting and analytics.\nThe PMO Analyst works closely with leadership, team members, and stakeholders to support strategic planning, workforce management, onboarding activities, and executive communications while maintaining reporting standards, dashboards, and performance metrics.\nYou will be responsible to support:\n1. Internal Team Operations & Organization\nCoordinate and facilitate team meetings, workshops, off-sites, training sessions, and engagement events.\nManage meeting agendas, minutes, action items, and follow-up activities.\nSupport definition, tracking, and reporting of team Goals & Objectives, activity plans, milestones, and deliverables.\n2. Resource Planning\nSupport resource planning activities, including resource allocation and capacity planning.\nMaintain resource management dashboards and resource availability reports.\nCoordinate onboarding activities for new employees, contractors, and team members.\n3. Management Reporting & Executive Insights\nDevelop and maintain executive dashboards, KPI scorecards, and operational reporting solutions.\nPrepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc management reports.\nConsolidate data from multiple sources and transform it into meaningful business insights.\nTrack operational performance metrics and identify trends, risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities.\n4. Stakeholder Coordination & Communication\nServe as a central coordination point for internal team activities and communications.\nCoordinate information gathering across team members and stakeholders.\nEnsure effective communication of priorities, actions, and decisions.\nSupport development of presentations, newsletters, and team communications.\n5. Continuous Improvement & Operational Excellence\nIdentify opportunities to improve team processes, reporting capabilities, and ways of working.\nSupport implementation of automation, standardization, and reporting enhancements.\nPromote best practices for planning, reporting, and team governance\nQualifications/Requirements\nBachelor’s degree or university-level qualification in a relevant field, such as Economics, Finance, Business Administration, IT, Engineering or related field.\n3-5 years of experience in project management, business support, communication, training, or related activities.\nExcellent presentation, visual design, and graphical communication skills, with the ability to transform complex information and data into clear, compelling, and executive-ready presentations, dashboards, reports, and visual materials.\nExperience with MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, Smartsheet, Jira, Planner, or similar tools.\nExcellent oral and written English skills.\nPreferred Skills:\nKnowledge of resource management and workforce planning practices.\nExperience in Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, or Healthcare industries is considered an advantage.\nCAPM, PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or related certifications are considered an advantage.\nStrong teamwork attributes in a virtual/remote working environment. \nStrong communication and collaboration skills. \nOther Requirements:\nAbility to work on-site a minimum of three days per week, with up to two remote workdays per the flexible work policy.\nMay require up to 10% domestic and/or international travel\nJohnson & Johnson is an Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity Employer.
