The role is responsible for delivering compliant statutory reporting, leading teams, developing talent, managing audits, and driving process excellence.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\nLead statutory accounting and financial reporting activities.\nReview and approve statutory financial statements.\nLead external audits and serve as primary auditor contact.\nDesign audit plans, escalation protocols, and communication strategies.\nEnsure compliance with SOX, governance policies, and regulatory requirements.\nLead, coach, and develop accounting professionals.\nDrive standardization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nSupport business transformations and legal entity restructuring projects.\nREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS\nBachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.\n6-8+ years of accounting, audit, or financial reporting experience.\nPrevious people leadership experience.\nExpertise in statutory accounting, audit management, IFRS, US GAAP, and Local GAAP.\nAdvanced English proficiency.\nPREFERRED QUALIFICATION S\nCPA, Chartered Accountant, or equivalent certification.\nBig Four experience.\nExperience managing multiple countries or legal
