This role is focused on reimagining commercial engagement through Generative AI and Agentic AI - enabling intelligent, personalized, and scalable experiences for HCP engagement, field teams, marketers, commercial and internal stakeholders\nThe Manager will contribute to the AI Next Frontiers roadmap, lead high-impact AI product initiatives across Marketing and Field Engagement functions, and drive the development and deployment of AI-powered solutions that unlock growth, efficiency, and innovation across the commercial enterprise.\nYou Will Be Responsible For:\nMarketing & Field Engagement Strategy & Execution\nLead end-to-end AI product development across Marketing and Field Engagement functions, including ideation, design, development, deployment, and performance measurement.\n\nTranslate business needs from Marketing, Field Engagement, and Commercial Excellence stakeholders into scalable AI-driven solutions and product opportunities.\n\nPartner with data science, engineering, and design teams to deliver production-ready AI solutions integrated into the Engagement.AI ecosystem (WithMe CRM and Connext).\n\nSupport evaluation and management of external AI vendors, platforms, and strategic partnerships across Marketing and Field Engagement pillars.\n\nEstablish and contribute to best practices for AI product development, experimentation, and scaling across the commercial organization.\n\nEnsure all AI initiatives align with regulatory, privacy, ethical, and medical/legal/regulatory (MLR) standards.\n\nChampion adoption of AI capabilities across Marketing and Field Engagement teams, fostering a culture of innovation and experimentation.\n\nQualifications / Requirements:\nEducation\nPhD or Master’s degree required.\n\nAdvanced degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Marketing Analytics, Business Analytics, or related field preferred.\n\nExperience & Skills\n5+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, data science, marketing technology, commercial analytics, or advanced analytics.\n\nDemonstrated experience leading AI-driven transformation initiatives across one or more of the following: marketing, omnichannel engagement, field engagement, CRM, or commercial operations.\n\nStrong expertise in modern AI technologies including Generative AI (LLMs), Agentic AI systems, NLP, and machine learning.\n\nHands-on experience with LLM applications, prompt engineering, RAG architectures, and/or AI agents.\n\nAbility to translate complex business needs across marketing and field engagement domains into AI product strategies and scalable solutions.\n\nExperience collaborating with cross-functional teams across business and technical domains.\n\nExperience evaluating or working with external AI vendors and enterprise AI platforms.\n\nExcellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder influence skills across both technical and executive audiences.\n\nPharma, healthcare, or regulated industry experience preferred.\n\nFamiliarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Veeva, Salesforce), omnichannel marketing ecosystems, field engagement platforms, and commercial execution workflows is a plus.\n\nLocation\nBased in Titusville, NJ or Horsham, PA with required travel between both locations.\n\nJohnson & Johnson is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
