Remote work options may be considered on a case-by-case basis and if approved by the Company for United States based candidates.\nWe are searching for the best talent for Transcend: Manager, Logistics Workstream Leader, MedTech - Dynamo Deployment.\nWe are seeking a Logistics WorkStream Lead to play a critical role in ensuring the pre-defined global Transcend Order-to-Cash (OTC) template effectively supports the North America Logistics business processes for DC network strategies.\nThis role is duration based and will conclude on or around March 2029. Remote work options may be considered on a case-by-case basis and if approved by the Company for US based candidates.\nThis role partners with functional and cross-functional teams to represent Logistics requirements, validate template build decisions, and ensure solutions are practical, scalable, and adoption-ready for end users. The role champions the Transcend Dynamo solution within Logistics, guiding process alignment, testing, and change enablement to ensure readiness, consistency, and successful deployment.\nThe position will directly lead a team comprised of process leads and Logistics SMES representing the various business units in scope for North America.\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead Logistics participation in solution confirmation workshops, ensuring alignment to order management and Logistics requirements\nServe as a Logistics business representative, providing guidance on global, local, and specialized process requirements and resolving functional questions\nDrive Logistics change impact assessment and readiness planning across the O2C deployment\nRepresent Logistics in system demos and design reviews, providing structured, strategic feedback\nOversee Logistics data readiness, including data cleansing, validation, and deployment preparedness\nDefine and govern Logistics test scenarios to support end-to-end O2C validation\nLead validation activities for the Logistics workstream through integrated testing and business simulations\nAssess and communicate solution impacts to Logistics KPIs, service levels, and customer experience\nEnsure Logistics SOPs are updated, completed, and approved prior to deployment\nProvide leadership support for cutover planning, training execution, post-go-live deployment, and early-life stabilization activities\nQualifications:\nEducation:\nMinimum of a Bachelor’s or equivalent University Degree\nRequired:\nMinimum four (4) years of related business experience in Supply Chain or Order to Cash Processes\nSubject-matter expertise in Logistics and Order-to-Cash capabilities within an SAP environment\nAbility to drive timely decision-making and execution against defined plans while managing risk and dependencies\nStrong self-leadership, with the ability to operate effectively in ambiguity, manage competing demands, and demonstrate resilience during transformation\nAbility to balance and align diverse stakeholder priorities to enable consistent process adoption and business readiness\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess current-state processes, identify gaps and inefficiencies, and drive continuous improvement\nProficiency with SAP including modules relevant to the Value Stream, (i.e. Allocation Management, Inventory Planning, Order Fulfillment).\n\nPreferred:\nExperience in the MedTech industry.\n\nOther:\nAbility to travel up to 20% of the time both domestically and internationally.\nJohnson & Johnson is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
