The position will be based in Beerse, Belgium.\nThe Manager EMEA Fleet Procurement will be responsible for 50% of the Fleet Program across EMEA, in support of approximately 6,000 vehicles of Johnson & Johnson Companies in EMEA. This spend is highly sophisticated in nature and requires close collaboration with supplier leadership, business leaders, and regional leaders with oversight in the areas of Finance, Safe Fleet, Total Rewards and Sustainability. This leader will implement the procurement strategy and deliver against EMEA targets for financial performance, quality, service and compliance.\nThe Manager, EMEA Fleet Procurement will report to the Global Category Leader Fleet, and will be responsible for category strategy development, business partner engagement, sourcing, contracting, negotiating and supplier management in the EMEA region.\nThe scope of responsibilities for this regional role includes:\n· Implement the vision, strategy and implementation plan for categories of spend that enable long-range business outcomes and improve value for J&J partners\n· Engage directly with suppliers and other senior leadership to assure J&J and supplier objectives are aligned and met, including quality, reliability, innovation and cost.\n· Act as a business engagement leader, identifying business demand requirements and delivering value improvements and competitive advantage.\n· Engage with business partners to ensure alignment by understanding their long-range requirements\n· Deliver on financial, service, reliability, quality, innovation, and growth commitments\n· Develop deep supplier relationships with strategic suppliers to include data review and analysis, performance management, improvement of end-to-end value and innovation\n· Identify, develop, and recommend the implementation of Procurements goals and category strategies, based on deep subject matter expertise and an informal understanding of industry/market dynamics\n· Identify and raise risks that may impact business outcomes.\nExperience and Qualifications Required:\nUniversity/bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; MBA/Advanced degree preferred.\nAt least 8 years of relevant professional experience and proficiency in core Procurement areas of focus (e.g., Category Management, Business Engagement and Supplier Relationship Management).\nLeadership, communication, influencing, collaboration skills are required\nMust be able to prioritize requests and propose effective cost/customer service alternatives.\nMust have the ability to demonstrate sound judgment and creativity in developing when resolving issues.\nSophisticated relationship management abilities at the leadership level including customer orientation is required.\nStrong project and organizational change capabilities are required.\nStrong verbal and written communication skill with ability to present sophisticated information is required.\nHigh level of credibility with internal customers, and with the supplier community is required.\nAbility to see issues from multiple viewpoints and understand differing needs of partners is required.\nMust demonstrate courageous leadership and ability to influence\nDemonstrated flexibility and willingness to respond to changes in the external environment, while ensuring the organization can effectively and efficiently move through transitions.\nOther:\nMay require up to 10% travel\nAbility to read, write & speak English fluently.\nThe role will operate in hybrid working model.\nRequired Skills:\nPreferred Skills:\nBusiness Data Analysis, Business Savvy, Category Management Strategy, Coaching, Competitive Landscape Analysis, Contract Management, Cost-Benefit Analysis (CBA), Critical Thinking, Data Analysis, Market Savvy, Negotiation, New Program Development, Performance Measurement, Process Improvements, Procurement Policies, Relationship Building, Risk Management, Spend Analysis, Strategic Thinking, Supplier Collaboration, Sustainable Procurement, Technical Credibility, Vendor SelectionThe anticipated base pay range for this position is:\n€79,800.00 - €137,770.00Benefits:\nIn addition to base pay, we offer the following benefits*: an annual bonus with set target (% of pay) depending on pay grade / location, where the actual amount is based on the employees’ and companies’ performance of the previous calendar year, or sales commissions.
