Visionaries like you work on teams that save lives by developing the medicines of tomorrow.\nJoin us in developing treatments, finding cures, and pioneering the path from lab to life while championing patients every step of the way.\nLearn more at https://www.jnj.com/innovative-medicine\nWe are looking for a Medical Affairs Associate - Hematology at our offices in Milan, Italy\nAbout the role\nWe are looking for a Medical Affairs Associate - Hematology to join our Medical Affairs team.\nThe Medical Affairs Associate will contribute to the development and execution of Medical Affairs activities, combining scientific expertise, project ownership, collaboration and a continuous improvement mindset.\nWorking in a dynamic and cross-functional environment, the successful candidate will support scientific projects, evidence generation, medical education and external engagement, progressively taking ownership of assigned activities and identifying opportunities to improve the way we work.\nKey Responsibilities\nContribute to the development and execution of the Medical Affairs Plan and therapeutic area priorities.\nManage assigned Medical Affairs projects with increasing autonomy and accountability, ensuring scientific quality, timely execution and compliance.\nSupport clinical research and evidence-generation activities, including scientific feasibility, study execution and dissemination of results.\nDevelop and maintain strong scientific knowledge of Hematology, emerging evidence, the evolving treatment landscape and unmet medical needs.\nSupport scientific communication, publications, medical education, congresses, scientific meetings and internal scientific training.\nContribute to meaningful scientific engagement with healthcare professionals, investigators and other relevant external stakeholders.\nCollaborate effectively across functions and with regional and global Medical Affairs teams, bringing scientific insights and external perspectives into decision-making.\nSupport project planning and budget management, including timelines, costs and external vendors.\nUse digital technologies, Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI to support scientific research, information analysis and Medical Affairs activities, applying critical judgment and responsible use.\nContinuously identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve efficiency and enhance the quality and impact of Medical Affairs activities.\nQualifications\nUniversity degree in a medical, scientific or life-science discipline.\nExperience in Medical Affairs, clinical research, the pharmaceutical industry or a scientific/healthcare environment.\nPrevious experience in Hematology is highly valued;
