SCIENTIST to be hired with a 6-month TEMPORARY CONTRACT in the MSAT DEPARTMENT.\nThe person will be part of the team who manage validation projects and will report to the MSAT VO Supervisor.\nMain responsibility\nThe Assistant Scientist is in charge of:\nAs Project Leader ensure planning and coordination of the activities in collaboration with the various departments involved in the implementation of the projects.\nProactively identifying risks to define mitigation strategies.- Assess the business impact, quality, compliance and safety involving stakeholders from other departments.\nEnsure compliance with the time of introduction, balancing the base business production needs.\nEnsure timely communication to MSAT Management and Global Functions to align with the production plans themselves.\nEnsure the timely availability of quality documentation for the project execution.\nPerforms and/or support investigations for non-conformances in case of occurrence during project activities. \nRequirements\nMaster’s degree in Scientific Degree (Engineering, Farmacy, CTF or Chemistry)\nAt least 6 months experience in the pharmaceutical industry (Oral Solid production is preferred)\nAcademic knowledge of lines, processes, materials and equipment for pharmaceutical process (oral solid pharma production competence is preferred).\nFluency in Italian and English (B2 level and above)\nGood knowledge of quality, compliance and GMP related to manufacturing and packaging of pharmaceutical products.\nBasic experience in Project Management.\nAble to work in a multidepartment and dynamic environment and to deal urgencies on the shop floor.\nAbility to coordinate a cross functional team to ensure the correct execution of the project activities according to the agreed timing.\nSkills of ownership and accountability\nSkilled in problem-solving and decision making\nCapacity to lead calls with costumers.\nCapability to easily connect with people and prepare
