You will lead shift teams, act as Building Captain for emergency response, and collaborate with colleagues across departments to remove roadblocks and drive continuous improvement, helping the team deliver reliable results every day.\nYou will be responsible for:\nLeading the emergency response team and acting as Building Captain to ensure employee safety and emergency preparedness.\nApplying and promoting SOPs and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements.\nCoordinating prioritization and resource allocation for ingredient and new product processing to meet production schedules and quality targets.\nMonitoring daily operational plans, conducting Gemba walks and spot checks, and removing roadblocks to maintain efficient workflows.\nServing as the first point of escalation within Operations and fostering collaboration with other departments and external partners.\nIdentifying, recommending, and implementing process improvements, while maintaining standardized visual management to enhance safety, quality, cost performance, and scheduling.\nQualifications/Requirements:\nDemonstrated leadership experience and the ability to lead teams, including emergency response responsibilities.\nPractical knowledge of SOPs and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), with a commitment to adhering to the Code of Business Conduct and company policies.\nExperience coordinating operational planning, prioritization, and resource management in a production or operations environment.\nAbility to perform Gemba walks, conduct spot checks, and carry out basic trend and data analysis to support continuous improvement and performance monitoring.\nWorking knowledge of process improvement methodologies and experience implementing improvement initiatives.\nStrong ownership of training and documentation, including completing required training, maintaining visual management standards, and communicating effectively with stakeholders.\nThispositionoperatesonastructuredrotatingshiftschedule,consistingoftwomorningshifts(07:00-15:00)followedbytwoeveningshifts(15:00-23:00),withweekendshiftsincludedaspartoftherotation.Torecognizetheflexibilityandcommitmentrequired,ashiftallowanceisprovidedinadditiontothebasesalary.\n\nHere’s what you can expect:\nApplication review: We’ll carefully review your CV to see how your skills and experience align with the role.\nGetting to know you: If there’s a good match, you’ll be invited to a short call with one of our recruitment team to understand more about you and answer any questions that you might have.\nStaying informed: We know waiting can be hard and processes can evolve; our recruitment team will keep you updated and make sure you know what to expect at each step.\nFinal steps: For successful candidates, you will need to complete country-specific checks before starting your new role.
