This role is responsible for evaluating cybersecurity technologies, driving standardization, supporting implementation across the manufacturing network, conducting assessments, and partnering with key stakeholders to strengthen compliance, operational resilience, and continuous improvement.\nTasks & Responsibilities\nDevelop and maintain the global OT cybersecurity strategy and standards supporting the manufacturing network strategy for the DePuy Synthes Joints platform.\nCollaborate with manufacturing, engineering, IT, cybersecurity, and site leadership teams to ensure effective and consistent implementation of cybersecurity standards across all manufacturing locations.\nLead the evaluation, selection, and deployment of OT cybersecurity technologies to improve security, reliability, and operational efficiency.\nProvide expert guidance and support to manufacturing sites worldwide, ensuring adherence to cybersecurity standards and regulatory requirements.\nConduct periodic cybersecurity assessments, identify security risks and gaps, and drive remediation actions to strengthen the manufacturing environment.\nMonitor industry trends, emerging threats, and advancements in OT cybersecurity and manufacturing networks, incorporating relevant best practices into global standards.\nSupport cybersecurity governance, compliance initiatives, and audit readiness activities across the global manufacturing network.\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance the security posture and resilience of manufacturing systems and industrial control environments.\nQualifications & Experience\nRequired\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.\nProven experience within manufacturing, industrial automation, manufacturing systems, or operational technology (OT) environments.\nStrong knowledge of OT cybersecurity principles, industrial control systems (ICS), manufacturing networks, and cybersecurity frameworks.\nExperience developing and implementing global standards, policies, and governance models across multiple sites and regions.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and risk assessment capabilities.\nExcellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills in a global matrix organization.\nDemonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive alignment across geographically dispersed teams.\nSelf-driven professional with a passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence.\nPreferred\nExperience supporting regulated manufacturing environments within MedTech, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industries.\nKnowledge of ISA/IEC 62443, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, NIST 800-82, or similar industrial cybersecurity standards.\nRelevant cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP, GICSP, CISM, or equivalent.\nExperience working within global manufacturing networks and large-scale digital transformation initiatives.\nPlanned Separation of the Orthopaedics Business\nJohnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes.
