Learn more at https://www.jnj.com/medtech\nWe are searching for the best talent for PRINCIPAL FACILITIES MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN 2nd Shift to be in Juarez City.\nThe Principal Facilities Technician operates, maintains, and troubleshoots facility infrastructure and utility systems within a regulated manufacturing environment. The role supports critical systems including HVAC, chillers, boilers, air handling units, compressed air, fire protection, emergency power generation, water treatment, UPS, environmental controls, building controls, and general electrical systems.\nYou will be responsible for:\nEnsures facility maintenance and controlled environmental monitoring activities are complete, recorded and on schedule.\n Participates in facilities equipment installations, as required.\n Performs site infrastructure and building system minor equipment repairs.\n Ensures building systems contractors follow EES requirements when working on site premises.\n Manage and record spare parts inventory for facilities systems and equipment.\n Follows all company safety policies and safety precautions within the work area.\n Compliance with safety policies and procedure.\n Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level Facilities/Maintenance technicians operates and maintains facilities equipment including, but not limited to, building controls, fire protection systems and heating-ventilation-and air conditioning\nHVAC).\n Facilities/Maintenance technicians are responsible for maintenance, operation and troubleshooting of utilities equipment, maintains physical structure of establishment and general electrical systems on an industrial, cGMP regulated facility.\n Utilities equipment includes, but no limited, Chillers, Boilers, Air Handling Units, Exhaust ventilation, Dehumidifiers, Cooling Towers, Compressed Air Systems, Reheat, Fire Prevention,\nEmergency Power Generators, Water Treatment, UPS, Environmental Control and Employees entrance systems.\n The Facilities/Maintenance technicians document all maintenance activities executed on the site\ncomputer maintenance management system (CMMS).\n The Facilities/Maintenance technicians perform, as needed, maintenance service and repairs in\nthe area of plumbing, carpentry, painting and other building upkeep activities. He also, Plans,\ncoordinates, inspects, and performs maintenance and supports project management for facility related projects, including but not limited to, building remodeling construction, equipment installation, equipment divesture, safety and environmental compliance activities, mechanical systems maintenance plans, and energy management programs.\n\nQualifications / Requirements\n4 to 6 years related experience\nExperience or knowledge in\nReliability-Centered Maintenance techniques and/or asset management is required\nExperience or knowledge in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Failure\nModes Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMCEA) Training\nAbility to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, standard operating procedures, professional journals, technical procedures, and government regulations.\n Ability to write reports with mathematical emphasis.\n Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from employees at all levels.\n Ability read, write, and speak native language is a plus.\n Excellent communication and interpersonal relation skills.\n Problem solving.\n Basic math skills:\n Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.\n Capable to draw and interpret statistical bar and line graphs.\n Proficient in the use of all general shop tools and power tools.\n Must be able to function in team environment and as independent contributor.\n PC Literate based on manufacturing equipment (software, programming) preferred.\nRequired
