maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in the medical field, including surgeons, urologists, OB/GYNs, ENT specialists, pharmacists, biomedics, and procurement professionals, to drive product adoption and revenue growth.\nEffectively communicate with healthcare professionals and support sales efforts by developing a strong understanding of J&J MedTech product portfolio and surgical procedures\nIdentify new business opportunities, industry trends, competition activity and develop strategies to expand market share \nEnsure compliance with healthcare regulations and
