Student\nReports to: Production Manager\nSupport the Production department in process improvement, operational excellence and production projects, while gaining practical experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupport continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives within Production.\nCollect, analyze and present production data to identify improvement opportunities.\nStudent will work extensively with Priority ERP\nSupport production projects, including planning, coordination, tracking and follow-up of actions.\nDevelop and maintain Excel-based trackers, KPIs, dashboards and reports.\nAssist with analysis of production performance, capacity, cycle times and operational efficiency.\nSupport improvement and standardization of production processes and documentation.\nWork with Production, Engineering, Quality, Maintenance and other cross-functional teams.\nParticipate in problem-solving activities and implementation of improvement actions.\nPerform assigned activities in accordance with GMP, EHS and company procedures.\nThese responsibilities are adapted to a student level from internal Production roles where process improvement, project contribution, timeline tracking, quality-system support and cross-functional collaboration are established responsibilities.\nQualifications:\nCurrent B.Sc. student in Industrial Engineering & Management, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, Mechanical Engineering or another relevant field.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nGood knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office.\nAbility to organize multiple tasks and follow them through to completion.\nGood communication and teamwork skills.\nHebrew and English communication skills.\nInterest in pharmaceutical manufacturing, process improvement and operational excellence.\nPreferred\nExperience with data analysis, Power BI or advanced Excel.\nFamiliarity with Lean/Continuous Improvement
