This role partners closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in compliance with quality and regulatory requirements. The position plays a key role in driving operational efficiency, supporting business growth, and enabling the successful delivery of engineering solutions.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead engineering projects from initiation through completion, including scope definition, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.\n\nCoordinate cross-functional teams across Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and external partners to ensure project alignment and execution.\n\nDevelop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and status reports for stakeholders and leadership.\n\nIdentify project risks and issues, implement mitigation plans, and escalate as appropriate.\n\nEnsure projects comply with applicable quality systems, regulatory requirements, and
