Responsible for building high-performing teams, strengthening surgeon and hospital partnerships, and delivering sustainable business results.\nKey ResponsibilitiesDeliver regional sales, market share, and profitability targets for the Joints & VELYS portfolio.\nLead, coach, and develop District Account Managers and field teams to achieve business objectives.\nBuild and manage relationships with key orthopedic surgeons, KOLs, hospital leadership, and procurement stakeholders.\nDrive adoption and utilization of VELYS Digital Surgery solutions across strategic accounts.\nDevelop and execute regional business plans to accelerate procedure growth and competitive conversions.\nIdentify and expand opportunities within corporate hospitals, teaching institutions, and high-volume arthroplasty centers.\nCollaborate with Marketing, Clinical, Professional Education, Supply Chain, and Customer Service teams to ensure flawless execution.\nEnsure accurate forecasting, business reviews, and compliance with company policies.\nQualifications & ExperienceBachelor's degree required;
